Shipping policy

Shipping 
All orders placed will be ready to ship within 2 business days, unless they require customization. All orders are shipped using trusted courier services such as Fedex, Delhivery or Aramex. 

Typically, all orders should reach within 2-3 days after shipment. However, if it is a large order, or includes filled articles such as pillows, we may opt to use a Surface courier that will take 4-7 days after shipment.

Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before it is returned to our warehouse. We recommend that you provide the complete address along with a mobile number in the delivery address to ensure a faster delivery.

We service most pincodes in India.

International Shipping
We are in the process of setting up international shipping and are not currently offering international orders through our website. However, if you have a requirement, please reach out to us at twc@suraaj.com and we will try to help you out.

You will be required to pay international shipping charges, and will be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment on arriving in the selected country. 

For international orders, once we have shipped the product, we do not accept any cancellations or refunds.
